Shareholders may request paper copies of the Management Information Circular and Dentalcorp’s financial statements and Management’s Discussion & Analysis for the most recently completed financial year by mail free of charge by calling TSX Trust Company toll-free at 1-866-600-5869 and entering your 12-digit control number as indicated on your voting instruction form or form of proxy.
