All dividends (and deemed dividends) paid by dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. to Canadian residents on our subordinate voting shares and multiple voting shares on or after April 22, 2025, are designated as "eligible dividends" for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) unless otherwise specified. This notification shall constitute notice in writing of this designation to all applicable shareholders.
