Graham founded dentalcorp in 2011 and under his leadership, the company has grown to be Canada’s largest and fastest-growing network of dental practices. In May 2021, dentalcorp (TSX: DNTL) became the largest healthcare IPO in Canadian history, raising over $950mm to support its growth strategies.

Graham serves on the Board of Directors of Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund and North York General Hospital Foundation. Graham is a CPA and earned his BBA and MBA degrees from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

In 2015, he was elected EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Business Services.

Guy is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and industry stakeholder relations. Guy further leads the company's Operations, Practice Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Brand & Communications and People teams.

Guy has a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic commercial transactions. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Nate is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, acquisition process, financial reporting and business analysis. Nate further leads the company's Real Estate, Procurement and IT teams.

Nate is an experienced financial professional having previously worked for an international advisory and consulting firm specializing in valuations, mergers & acquisitions and capital advisory. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Matthew is responsible for the company's growth and operations strategy, ensuring that dentalcorp provides industry leading processes, tools, and management techniques that enable best-in-class patient care.

Matthew has extensive experience driving operational excellence in multi-unit retail and services organizations. He holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and completed his MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Martin is responsible for leading dentalcorp's end-to-end patient journey, providing our network with the resources to build relationships with their local communities and deliver best-in-class patient experiences across every touchpoint.

Martin has extensive experience in brand building, strategic planning, and data-driven marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree specializing in Marketing from York University.

Nicola oversees the company’s overall human resources strategy, including the attraction, retention and development of top talent across our Practice and Support Centre teams. She also leads the Human Resources, Talent and Training & Development teams.

Nicola is a proven business leader with experience in high growth and large scale businesses across financial services and media sectors, including organization development, HR consulting, people strategy, talent acquisition, systems implementation and analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

Dr. Glassman will help facilitate the company’s continued growth ambitions and champion programs to support the Practice Community in the delivery of optimal patient care.

Dr. Glassman is a world-renowned Endodontist, full-time practicing dentist, global lecturer, and is on staff at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. The author of numerous publications, Dr. Glassman is the Endodontic editor for Oral Health Journal.

He graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry and was awarded the James B. Willmott Scholarship, the Mosby Scholarship and the George Hare Endodontic Scholarship for proficiency in Endodontics. A graduate of the Endodontology Program at Temple University, he received the Louis I. Grossman Study Club Award for academic and clinical proficiency in Endodontics.

Dr. Glassman serves as Faculty Chair of DC Institute, a continuing education provider that supports the growth and development of dental care professionals through elevated learning experiences.

Jeff is responsible for overseeing the company's technology portfolio, leading the strategy and delivery of the organizations IT operations and digital platforms.

Jeff has extensive experience in technology implementation and digital strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Information Systems specializing in ERP systems from St. Francis Xavier University.

Julian oversees dentalcorp’s legal, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management functions. He is also accountable for the organization’s entire legal function, including litigation, employment relations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and corporate governance.

A graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School, he commenced his legal career as an attorney at a leading international law firm. Before joining dentalcorp he oversaw a variety of functions with Canada’s largest dental regulator, including dental malpractice defense, misconduct complaints and investigations.
